What we collect,and what we don’t.

We collect what we need to answer your enquiry and do the work. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used to build advertising profiles.

Who this is about

This policy applies to Yojan Online Services Private Limited (“Yojan Online”, “we”, “us”), a private limited company registered in India under Corporate Identity Number U47912MH2023PTC404335, with its registered office at 354, Mharal Pada, Kalyan City, Kalyan, Thane, Maharashtra 421301.

It covers this website and the enquiries you send through it. Work we do under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement, which takes precedence where the two differ.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we receive what you type into it:

  • your name;
  • a WhatsApp number or email address so we can reply;
  • your business name and city, if you give them;
  • the service you are interested in and an indicative budget range;
  • whatever you write in the message field.

If you contact us by WhatsApp or email instead, we hold that conversation and the number or address it came from. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, identity documents, financial account details or any of the special categories of personal data.

Why we hold it

  • To reply to you and prepare a written scope and price.
  • To carry out work you engage us for, and to support it afterwards.
  • To raise invoices and keep the accounting and tax records Indian law requires.
  • To keep the site and its infrastructure secure.

We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form or message us, and on the legitimate need to perform a contract you have entered into with us. You can withdraw consent at any time — see Your rights.

What we don’t do

  • We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
  • We do not add you to a newsletter or a follow-up sequence because you enquired.
  • We do not use your data to build advertising or behavioural profiles.
  • We do not use enquiry content to train machine-learning models.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses analytics and advertising cookies — Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel — and none of them load until you agree. When you first arrive nothing third-party has run; a banner asks, and refusing is a single click beside Accept. Refusing changes nothing about how the site works.

The only cookie set regardless is the one remembering your answer, plus the sign-in cookies inside our staff admin area. Change your mind whenever you like with . The cookie policy lists every cookie, what it does and how long it lasts.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is read by the people at Yojan Online who need to answer it. Beyond that, data may sit with the suppliers that run our infrastructure — website hosting, email and, where you chose that channel, WhatsApp — each acting on our instructions and bound to protect it.

We disclose personal data outside that circle only where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim. If we ever engage a new processor that materially changes this, we will update this page.

Where it is stored

Our infrastructure is provided by vendors who may operate data centres outside India. Where that is the case, the transfer is limited to what running the service requires, and the vendor is contractually bound to protect the data to the standard set out here.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for 24 months, so that we have context if you come back to us, and then deleted. Records tied to work we actually did — contracts, invoices, correspondence — are kept for as long as Indian company and tax law requires us to retain them.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it;
  • correct anything inaccurate, or complete anything missing;
  • erase it, where we are not required to keep it;
  • stop processing it, by withdrawing your consent.

Email hello@yojanonline.com and we will act on it. We aim to respond within the same two working days we promise for everything else, and will not charge you for making a request.

Keeping it safe

Access is limited to the people who need it, accounts are protected with strong authentication, and the site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal data we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the Act requires.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we use personal data will be flagged more prominently than a date change.
