We copy the site, test it on a staging URL, then switch DNS out of business hours.

Hosting is invisible until the morning it is the only thing that matters
Nobody thinks about hosting while it works. It becomes urgent the day the site is down, the SSL certificate expired overnight, or a plugin update took the checkout with it — usually while the person who set it up is unreachable.
Servers located in India shorten the round trip for Indian visitors, which shows up directly in page speed and therefore in what Google is willing to rank. It is one of the few speed improvements that costs nothing to maintain once done.

Yes. The site is copied and tested on the new server first, DNS is cut over with a short TTL, and the old host stays live until the new one is confirmed. Email moves the same way. Visitors should notice nothing.
How do backups work?
Daily, retained for thirty days, and — the part that matters — restore-tested rather than assumed. A backup nobody has ever restored is a hope, not a backup.
Are updates included?
Yes. WordPress core, plugins and themes are updated monthly on a staging copy first, so an update that breaks something breaks it where nobody can see. Security patches are applied sooner.
Can we reach a person quickly?
Yes, on WhatsApp during working hours, and whoever replies can make the change rather than raising a ticket for somebody else. Uptime monitoring usually tells us before you notice.
