Business Automation · Process & Billing Systems IntegrationStop retypingyour own data.
Quotations, invoices, onboarding and reminders wired between the tools you already pay for, so the admin day stops depending on someone remembering.
The unglamorous wins
Aimed at the tasks nobody enjoys and everybody repeats — the ones that quietly cost a salary a year.
- Quotation and invoice generation
- Client onboarding sequences and checklists
- Payment and follow-up reminders
- Reporting dashboards your team will read
- Tool-to-tool integration, including spreadsheets
- A runbook so changes do not need us
How it runs
STEP 01
Audit the admin day
Half a day watching the work, then a list of tasks ranked by hours lost per month.
STEP 02
Wire the tools
Pipelines built via direct APIs and webhooks against your live accounts, tested on last month's real records.
STEP 03
Review at 30 days
What saved time, what needs adjusting, what to automate next — with the hours counted.
Most Indian businesses run on a spreadsheet and somebody's memory
The quote is typed in Word, copied into Tally, chased over WhatsApp and recorded in a spreadsheet one person maintains. It works until that person is on leave, and it quietly costs a few hours a day that nobody bills for.
Automation here is not about replacing anyone. It is about removing the retyping: an enquiry that becomes a record without being copied, a payment reminder that goes out on the due date without someone remembering, an invoice that reaches the accountant without a forward.
We work with the tools you already pay for wherever possible — Tally, Zoho, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business — rather than selling you a new platform to learn. The workflows are documented and owned by you, so somebody other than us can change them.
Questions we get asked first
If yours is not here, ask it directly — you will get a straight answer rather than a callback from someone reading a script.
Ask on WhatsAppWhat is worth automating first?
Whatever is being retyped. Enquiries copied from a form into a spreadsheet, payment reminders sent by hand, invoices forwarded to an accountant, stock updated in two places. We start with the task costing the most hours, not the one that demonstrates best.
Do we have to buy new software?
Usually not. We work with what you already pay for — Tally, Zoho, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business — before proposing anything new. Replacing a working system is a cost, and it gets treated as one.
What happens if an integration fails?
Failure is expected and handled: retries with backoff, a queue that holds work rather than dropping it, and an alert to a human when something needs attention. Nothing fails silently, because a silent failure in billing is worse than no automation.
Who owns and maintains the workflows?
You do. They are documented in writing, run on accounts in your name, and are built so another developer can pick them up. We are not trying to make ourselves impossible to replace.

Tailored per business process
The architecture follows the work: how many steps are manual today, how many staff touch them, and which software systems hold the data. Walk us through one process and we will map the complete automation architecture.
