Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

What these terms do and do not cover

They cover browsing this website and sending us an enquiry. They are not your project contract. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement — the scope, timeline and price we send you and you accept. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the signed agreement governs.

Enquiries, proposals and prices

• Sending an enquiry costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It does not create a contract between us.
• Everything we publish about turnaround — a reply within two working days, a written proposal within 48 hours — is what we aim for and hold ourselves to, not a contractual guarantee.
• Prices, package descriptions and timelines on this site are indicative. A price becomes fixed when it is written into a proposal against a defined scope and you accept it.
• A proposal is valid for the period stated on it, and can be withdrawn before acceptance.

What we ask of you

When you use this site, you agree not to:

• submit false information, or someone else’s personal details without their consent;
• use the enquiry form to send unsolicited advertising or spam;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
• scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site for a competing service;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

Who owns what

The design, text, layout, code and branding of this site belong to us or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read, print and share pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Work we produce for a client is different, and is dealt with in that client’s agreement. Our standing position, stated across this site, is that the accounts and infrastructure we set up for you — domain, hosting, analytics, business profiles — are registered in your name and remain yours.

What we do not promise

• Search rankings. Nobody can guarantee a position in Google, and we do not. We commit to the work — technical fixes, content, profile management, citations — and report honestly on what it produced.
• Case study figures. Results shown on this site describe particular projects in particular markets. They are not a forecast of what your business will see.
• Uninterrupted service. We try to keep the site available, but it may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
• General guidance. Material here is written to be useful, not to be relied on as professional advice for your specific situation.

Third-party links and services

The site links to services we do not run, including WhatsApp and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Using them puts you under their terms, not ours.

Limits on our liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost data arising from your use of this website. Liability arising from work we do for a client is limited as set out in that client’s agreement.

Privacy

What we do with personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here, with the date at the top of the page, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
