Four enquiries a month became thirty-one

The old site had one page and no phone number above the fold. We rebuilt it around twelve service-area pages, fixed the Google Business Profile, and automated review requests after every job.

Calls now route by locality and land in the CRM with a transcript summary.

Spend cut by a third, revenue held

Nine campaigns were competing for the same audience. We consolidated to three, rebuilt the two landing pages that carried most traffic, and moved cart recovery to WhatsApp.

Recovery messages now go out in eleven minutes rather than the next working day.

Every enquiry answered, none retyped

Enquiries arrived by form, email and phone and were retyped into a spreadsheet. An AI agent now reads each one, scores it, and writes a summary into the CRM with the next action set.

Nine weeks from audit to handover, including staff training on the workflows.

Appointment requests arrived on three channels and were copied into a register by hand. Five automated AI workflows now handle intake, confirmation, rescheduling and reminders.

The staff manage the workflows themselves — that was the deliverable.

How every figure on this page was arrived at

A case study is only worth reading if you know how it was counted. This is the rule we hold ourselves to before a number goes on this page.

How an engagement runs

The baseline is the three months before we started. Not the worst month, and not the same month last year — either would let us pick whichever comparison flattered the result.

The source is the client's own analytics. Google Analytics, the Business Profile dashboard and their CRM, all of which sit in accounts registered to them. Nothing here comes from a report only we can produce.

Anything a season would explain is left out. If a jump landed in a festival month, or a campaign we had nothing to do with ran alongside, the number does not go on the page. There are figures from these four projects that are not shown for exactly that reason.

Enquiries are counted, not impressions. Calls, forms and WhatsApp conversations — the things that reach a person. Traffic and rankings are how those happen, not the outcome being claimed.

Before you ask

The fair questions about case studies

Every agency shows its best four projects. These are the questions worth asking about anyone's — including ours.

Ask about a reference
Why are the client names not shown?

Most of these businesses would rather their competitors did not know who rebuilt their funnel, and that is a reasonable thing to want. The sector, the city and the service are named so you can judge whether the work resembles yours. References are available on request once a conversation is serious.

Will we get the same numbers?

Almost certainly not, and anyone who says otherwise is selling. These were four businesses with particular starting points — a one-page site, nine overlapping campaigns, an intake process run on a spreadsheet. Your baseline decides most of the outcome. What transfers is the method, not the percentage.

How are the figures calculated?

Each is measured against the three months before we started, read from the client's own analytics, Google Business Profile and CRM rather than from a report we generated. Where a number would be flattered by seasonality or an unrelated campaign, we leave it out rather than explain it away.

What happens when a project does not work?

It has happened, and the honest answer is that we say so early rather than at the end. The scope names what we expect to move and by roughly when, so a project that is not working is visible at the second or third demo — while there is still budget left to change direction.
